Tent up, weather ok, now where's my cans?

Picnic here I come..

Thursday, August 30th, 2007

Right, so off to the Picnic tomorrow for 3 days of fun and frolics. If the mood takes me (and the network is ok), then I may upload a few photo-posts. Otherwise normal service will resume on Monday/Tuesday. If you're there and you see me, give me a shout and we can ...

Electric Picnic - Full Lineup & Map

Another one bites the dust

Thursday, August 23rd, 2007

Herr McDowell quit, then Sargent, now Pat*.. So it's official, Pat Rabbitte has stood down as leader of the Labour Party. Whilst not unexpected, it is, as one person I know put it, "Weird". I like to think I'm quite informed on the politics front, but I didn't really get into ...

Irish bogs.ie

Wednesday, August 22nd, 2007

I'm in with Twenty on this one. The new Irish Blogs layout is less attractive than a public toilet run by the corpo.

Visa payWave

Seriously, am I the only person who sees this as a security nightmare waiting to happen? RFID tagged Credit cards? I thought the idea was to reduce credit card fraud, not make it easier?
